Terms of Service

These terms apply to the visitor registration form operated by JLL Electrical Sdn Bhd (200401010931) ("JLL", "we"). By submitting the form, you agree to them.

1. Purpose of the form

The form is used to register visitors to our premises, whether as a customer, to collect a purchased order, or for a meeting, inspection or other appointment. It is not an order, quotation or contract of sale.

2. Accurate information

You agree to provide true, complete and current information, and to submit the form only for yourself or with the permission of the person or company you represent.

3. Reference number

The reference number shown after you submit confirms that your registration was received. It is not a receipt, proof of payment or proof that goods have been released.

4. Collection of goods

Goods are released only after our staff have verified the delivery order or invoice. We may ask for identification or proof of authorisation, and may refuse release where details cannot be verified. Please check your goods before leaving the counter.

5. Acceptable use

You must not submit false or misleading information, attempt to disrupt the form, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the form available, but it may occasionally be unavailable. If it is, please register with our counter staff.

7. Personal data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
