• Your industry and company name, where provided
• A photo of your vehicle number plate, for order collections
• The purpose of your visit and the person you are meeting, for meetings and other visits
• The date and time of your visit, and basic device information from your browser

2. Why we collect it

• To keep a record of visitors to our premises
• To verify and release order collections
• To inform our staff of your arrival for meetings, inspections and appointments
• To respond to enquiries, quotations and customer service requests
• For the safety and security of our premises

We do not use your data for marketing without your separate consent.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. It is accessed only by authorised JLL staff. Records and photos are stored with Google (Google Sheets and Google Drive), which processes the data on our behalf. We may disclose data where required by law or by a government authority.

4. How long we keep it

Visitor and collection records are kept for as long as needed for the purposes above and for our business and legal record-keeping, after which they are deleted.

5. Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot process a collection or respond to an enquiry.

6. Providing your data

Fields marked as required are needed to register your visit. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to serve you or release goods.
